1. Why Order On-Line?
 

It couldn't be simpler - All you need to do is complete the booklist on-line and we will do the rest. We process and bag your pack, which is delivered to your delivery address. Any items which are unavailable at the time of delivery are backordered and supplied to the student when the item becomes available.

2. How Do I Order On-Line?
 

Your User Name and Password can be found on the front page of your booklist, as supplied by your school. This will also show you the due date for orders and the date your order will be delivered. If you have misplaced your printed booklist please contact us on 07 5531 3633 or via e-mail customer.service@symons-ed.com.au .

3. How Do I Pay For My Order?
 

All on-line orders must be paid for by credit card at the time of ordering. A confirmation and order number will be emailed to you. If you do not have access to a computer or prefer not to pay by credit card, you may deliver your booklist (with cash/money order/cheque) to your school, mail or drop your order to our showroom at 117 Olympic Circuit, by the due date , and your order will be delivered as per below. After the due date, you will need to visit our showroom at 117 Olympic Circuit to purchase the items you require.

4. Delivery Of My Order?
 

If you completed your order by the due date your pack will be delivered to your delivery address by the dates stipulated on your booklist. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a contact number will be left to confirm a time for the signed delivery. Packs cannot be left without a signature unless specific permission is given. A delivery charge of $6.50 is automatically added to your order. For some schools, all packs ordered by the due date will be delivered free to the school, for collection on a specified day.

If you completed your order after the due date, this is a "late order". All orders placed by 31 December will be delivered to your delivery address in the week .. January 2009. All orders placed after this date will be delivered in February 2009. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a contact number will be left to confirm a time for the signed delivery. Packs cannot be left without a signature unless specific permission is given. A delivery charge of $13.00 is automatically added to your order.

5. Missing Items?

Any items that are unavailable at the time of delivery will be backordered. The item will be charged as part of you original order and supplied to the student when the item becomes available.

6. Change My Order?

Unfortunately no items can be deleted from your order once submitted.

If you require additional items, prior to the due date , please contact us via e-mail customer.service@symons-ed.com.au . After the due date no items can be added to your order - a separate order will need to be completed or you will need to visit our showroom at 117 Olympic Circuit to purchase the additional items.

7. Purchase The Goods Without Ordering On-Line?

Feel free to visit our showroom at 117 Olympic Circuit to purchase the items you require. Please be aware that prices shown on your booklist are applicable to on-line ordering only and will differ to the retail prices in our showroom.

8. Returning Goods?

Faulty goods will be fully refunded or replaced if returned to our showroom at 117 Olympic Circuit, with proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange any items misordered.
